|A non-refundable deposit is
charged when booking.
The payment of this deposit is seen to be an
acceptance by the Client to all Terms & Conditions.
Upon making a booking, payment of any deposit is
required by return. Deposits not received may result
in the booking being cancelled.
Full outstanding payment is required on boarding of
Any requests to change booking dates (that can be
accommodated ),or any cancellations must be made at
least 14 days prior the booking period otherwise the
total amount must be paid.
In the event of a cat being taken ill, a vet will be
called to administer any necessary treatment and all
fees incurred will be the responsibility of the
owner and payable upon collection.
No cat can be accepted unless it has been
innoculated or boosted against feline enteritis and
cat flu. A certificate must be produced on arrival
confirming inoculations within the last twelve
months. No cat will be admitted if it appears to be
suffering from any infectious illness.
Cats should receive a reputable flea infestation
treatment prior to boarding.
Please telephone in advance if you wish to collect
your cat before or after the agreed date. Early
collection of a cat will not result in a refund save
at the discretion of the owner.
Whilst every care is taken, all cats are boarded at
the owners risk.
Should any cat be left more than two weeks after the
stipulated date without notification from its owner,
we reserve the right to dispose of the cat in any
way we consider appropriate.
